• What if I am already a Member, but do not have a "log-in and password" for the app?

  If you already have an account that you opened at the studio, then all you have to do is stop by the front desk and they will set you up with a user name and password to then access your account either online or by the mobile app. You do not need to set-up a new account through the app.

• What if I already created a new user name and password when I downloaded the app?

  No worries, just stop by the front desk and they can easily merge the two accounts. You will not lose any account information or balance.

• What if I am not yet a member or don’t have an account?

  Just download the app and create a new account! You can easily sign-up for classes and purchase drop-in or packages as you need.
